An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join our team as a Cancer Patient Navigator.
Responsibilities
* Support the Cancer Tumor Site Teams and facilitate the patient journey by coordinating and streamlining cancer pathways in person‑centred ways.
* Capture and record patient information accurately in Trust systems and on patient records.
* Work directly with patients and carers and support clinical nurse teams while reporting to cancer business partners to transform current processes.
Qualifications
* Good knowledge and understanding of complete patient pathways.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* High attention to detail and accurate record‑keeping.
Employment details
* Primary base at Broomfield hospital site, with cross‑cover within tumour site teams to maintain consistent support for all cancer sub‑specialties.
* Hybrid working may be required.
* Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
