About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our busy distribution team in Chelmsford. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety, and organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
* Loading and unloading deliveries
* Operating warehouse equipment (training provided where needed)
* Stock checks, replenishment, and general warehouse maintenance
* Ensuring all Health & Safety procedures are followed
* Working as part of a team to meet daily targets and deadlines
About You
* Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Good physical fitness and ability to handle manual tasks
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team
