Warehouse Stock Control / Admin cover Menzies Distribtuion Solutions are looking to recruit a Warehouse Stock Control / Admin cover based from our Corby depot. Your role will be to provide general Stock Control and Admin support services for the overall efficient running of the depot. This position provides key information and support to the management team and will involve collaboration with the Stock/Admin Manager. The Details: Salary: £23,887.50 Per Annum, £12.25 Per Hour Working Pattern: 07:00-15:00 or 08:00-16:00 or 09:00-17:00 (This requires some flexibility re assisting with holiday cover) Location: Corby Monthly Pay Onsite Parking Key Duties and Accountabilities (Will include but not be limited to) Onsite Parking Working closely with the other members of the Team in order to fully understand Customer and Suppliers requirements and expectations. Dealing with customer enquiries Deal with any procurement needs Identify opportunities for and initiate continuous improvement projects Data inputting Provide timely, quality and accurate management information, (Weekly/Monthly) General Stock/admin duties Support with any other “ad hoc” administrative tasks Returns processing Site / Customer Specific Duties: Will include reworking damaged stock Key Experience and Qualifications: Proficient knowledge of Microsoft office & Excel spread sheets, particularly words processing and spreadsheet skills Familiarised with WMS (warehouse management system) Customer Service’ oriented Good written and verbal communication skills Able to work under pressure Technical skills and behavioral competencies: Team player Problem Solving Excellent time-management skills Ability to communicate effectively at all levels Accuracy Methodical working routine Benefits: Pension Scheme Employee Assistance Program INCLUSION Menzies Distribution Solutions is committed to creating a fair and inclusive environment, where employees feel safe, proud and valued.
