PPA Primary Teacher - Full Time Position, Primary School, Huyton
We are looking for a passionate, dedicated, and adaptable PPA Primary Teacher to join our friendly and supportive team at a welcoming primary school in Huyton. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work across various year groups, providing high-quality teaching and ensuring a positive learning experience for all students.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering high-quality PPA (Planning, Preparation, and Assessment) cover across different year groups in the school, ensuring consistent and engaging lessons.
Planning and delivering a creative, stimulating, and inclusive curriculum that meets the needs of all learners, promoting a love for learning.
Supporting students' academic and personal development, helping them achieve their full potential through effective teaching and personalized support.
Managing classroom behavior in line with school policies, fostering a positive and respectful learning environment.
Collaborating with the class teachers and SENCo to ensure the needs of students with additional learning needs are met.
Providing feedback to students in a constructive and encouraging manner, promoting self-confidence and motivation.
Contributing to the school's wider development, participating in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events as required.
The Ideal Candidate:
A qualified Primary Teacher with QTS, passionate about teaching and committed to providing the highest standards of education.
A versatile and flexible teacher with the ability to deliver engaging lessons across different year groups.
Strong classroom management skills, with the ability to maintain a calm and focused environment for students.
A good understanding of the primary curriculum and the ability to adapt lessons to suit the needs of all learners.
Experience or training in differentiation techniques and supporting children with special educational needs (SEN) (desirable but not essential).
A positive, enthusiastic, and proactive approach, with a strong desire to contribute to the school community and make a positive impact on students' learning.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to work effectively with a range of colleagues, students, and parents.
