Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Multi-Trader / Tradesperson to join our growing team, working with a portfolio of commercial clients located just minutes from Victoria Station. This is a permanent, full-time role ideal for someone looking for stability, variety in work, and a strong team environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
You'll work alongside another experienced multi-trader carrying out a variety of tasks, including:
Electrical remedial and retrofitting works (18th Edition preferred)
Basic plumbing: unblocking toilets, changing taps, etc.
Basic carpentry: building shelves, changing locks, minor repairs
General maintenance across 25–30 client sites (90% within walking distance of the office)
You’ll meet at our Victoria Street office every morning to plan the day, collect tools (provided), and head out to nearby jobs. Most tools are easily transported on a basic trolley we supply.
What We’re Looking For
Hands-on experience in electrical, plumbing, and/or carpentry tasks
18th Edition qualification preferred (but not essential)
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
Great team player and communicator
Physically fit and comfortable with walking between client sites
What We Offer
£38,000 – £42,000 salary (based on experience)

Regular overtime (35–45+ hrs/month at 1.5x pay)
Weekend call-outs (£15/day + minimum 4-hour call-out fee)
