Role Overview
An exciting opportunity to manage the corporate debtors and creditors functions, ensuring optimal cash flow, robust financial controls, and compliance with policies and regulations.
You will oversee a team of four, including two direct reports.
Key Responsibilities
1. Effective corporate debt recovery to increase cash collection, reduce debtor days, and mitigate financial risks.
2. Manage accounts payable efficiently.
3. Implement and monitor controls and procedures, reporting regularly to senior management.
4. Provide technical advice and data to senior officers and members for decision-making.
5. Maintain and develop systems, controls, and processes supporting debtors and creditors functions.
6. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
Qualified CCAB accountant with proven team management experience, preferably in AP&R, Controls, or Debt. QBE or PQ candidates with relevant experience will also be considered.
Employment Details
Full-time, permanent role (36 hours/week) with hybrid working arrangements, including three days remote work, dependent on departmental needs.
