Position Details
Position: 2nd Shift Maintenance Electrician
Location: Plant 5/6 - Carlisle, PA
Shift: 2nd Shift | 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
Pay: $37.95/hr + $1.50/hr Shift Differential
Sign-On Bonus: $3,000
Responsibilities
* Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on electrical systems and machinery
* Troubleshoot and repair PLCs, motors, drives, and other electrical components
* Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
* Work closely with maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime
* Follow all safety procedures and ensure compliance with company standards
What You Bring (Qualifications)
* Experience as an industrial electrician or maintenance technician
* Knowledge of electrical systems, PLC programming, and troubleshooting
* Ability to read schematics and use diagnostic tools
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Willingness to work 2nd shift and overtime as needed
