Marks Sattin is working with a leading global law firm to recruit a Finance Service Desk Analyst. As a Finance Service Desk Analyst, you'll be the first point of contact for finance-related queries from internal teams and external suppliers. Our client is looking for candidates with a good understanding of billing and payments with an interest in a career within finance. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a background in finance support or service desk environments. For this role, they will pay up to £31,000 on a 35 hour working week and hybrid working (50% WFH). Other benefits include up to 28 days holiday (plus BH) and a bonus scheme! Key Responsibilities of the role include: Provide first-line support for finance queries and issues. Manage and resolve tickets across various finance workstreams. Communicate clearly and regularly with stakeholders. Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely resolution. Contribute to process improvements and team reporting. Maintain documentation and support daily operational tasks. What We're Looking For Strong communication and customer service skills. Experience using ticketing systems (ideally ServiceNow). Ability to prioritise, manage time, and work under pressure. Numerate with good problem-solving skills. Professional and proactive attitude.
