* Conduct routine inspections of the dealership premises to identify maintenance needs.
* Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks on building structures, equipment, and facilities.
* Handle basic plumbing repairs, such as fixing leaks and clearing clogged drains.
* Repair and maintain doors, windows, and locks.
* Paint and touch up walls, floors, and other surfaces as needed.
* Install and assemble furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
* Assist with setting up displays and signage.
* Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the dealership's interior and exterior areas.
* Respond promptly to maintenance requests from dealership staff.
About you…
* Have Knowledge of general maintenance techniques and repair procedures.
* Basic understanding of plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
* Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
* Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labour tasks.
* Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
* Availability to work flexible hours and weekends if needed.
