Graduate Cover Supervisor

Contract: Full-time, Term-time only
Salary: Up to £100 per day

We are seeking a Graduate Cover Supervisor to join a supportive and forward-thinking school in Wigan. This is an excellent opportunity to gain paid classroom experience, develop your leadership skills, and support students across a range of subjects.

Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain on task with pre-set work
* Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
* Provide support and guidance to students during lessons
* Liaise with teaching staff to ensure continuity of learning
* Build positive relationships with students and staff across the school

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* A degree (any subject) – recent graduates encouraged to apply
* An interest in education and a potential future in teaching
* Confidence to lead a classroom and manage behaviour
* Good communication and organisational skills
* Experience working with young people (desirable but not essential)
