We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sous Chef to join our creative and dedicated team. If you love working in a fast-paced environment, learning new skills, and creating delicious dishes, we'd love to hear from you
Qualifications:
Culinary experience in a professional kitchen environment
Strong food preparation and cooking skills
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Experience in meal preparation and presentation
Familiarity with restaurant operations and serving techniques
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced kitchen setting

What we offer:
Competitive salary: £32000-£34000 per annum (depending on experience)

About you:
Previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie ready to step up
A passion for fresh, seasonal food
Calm under pressure and able to work in a fast-paced kitchen
Strong team player with good communication skills
