Junior Application Support Analyst
We are seeking a proactive and detail-orientedJunior Application Support Analystto join our clients internal Systems Department, supporting core business applications and ensuring seamless operations across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1st and 2nd line user support for issues related to the ERP system (IFS).
* Respond to user queries promptly and effectively to ensure a high level of service.
* Troubleshoot application issues using documentation and support resources.
* Manage software user accounts and system access in coordination with team members.
* Develop and execute test plans for system upgrades and support process validation.
* Monitor and manage incident tickets, including liaising with external partners where needed.
* Assist with user onboarding and training; create and maintain user guides and documentation.
* Promote best practices across the business systems environment.
* Participate in cross-functional process reviews to support continuous improvement.
* Escalate unresolved issues to senior team members or IT leadership as required.
