Are you a former Building Control Inspector, Construction Project Manager or Architect with in-depth knowledge of the Building Regulations and the new Principal Designer duties under the Building Safety Act?
We’re looking for a highly skilled Building Regulations Principal Designer to join a growing Safety & Compliance team at a Construction Consultants in Milton Keynes.
In this key role, you’ll:
* Lead design assurance and regulatory compliance across a diverse portfolio
* Work on a range of exciting projects, including commercial, education, residential, and High-Risk Buildings (HRBs)
* Collaborate closely with clients, design teams, contractors, and regulators
* Ensure all stages of design meet Building Regs and new safety requirements
