Offer description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and outgoing individual to join our Customer Services Team in Stafford on a full-time, permanent basis.

Salary: £25,396.80 per annum.

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00

As a Client Account Administrator, you will work within the administrative team to deliver excellent customer service, providing client delight through efficient and accurate delivery of daily tasks, while assisting the Account Executive in delivering innovation and exceptional service levels.

Key Duties of a Client Account Administrator:

* Manage client queries and log issues accordingly.
* Assist with creating and circulating reports for Returns and E.fulfilment as per specified timeframes.
* Manage the client inbox and respond to emails professionally and promptly.
* Assist clients’ Merchandisers and key contacts with queries related to Stock, CMO, Customer queries, Replenishment, Hamper builds, Returns, and E.fulfilment.
* Process order corrections, review and issue re-work instructions, manage corporate orders, handle errors and escalations, track sample requests, and perform other administrative tasks as outlined in SOPs.
* Support wholesale dispatches, including printing orders, completing paperwork, and maintaining labeling guidance with client support.
* Provide annual leave cover for the Account Executive and administrative colleagues.
* Liaise daily with the client’s key contacts in an articulate and efficient manner.

Qualifications:

* Previous administrative experience preferred.
* Strong IT skills, proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Experience in logistics/warehousing is a plus.
* Excellent written and verbal customer service skills.
* Confident communication with stakeholders at all levels.
* Positive attitude and enthusiasm.
