Teaching Personnel is looking to recruit a committed and nurturing Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work across a range of Primary Schools in the Didcot area. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for education who thrives in a child-centred environment and is looking to make a meaningful difference in early years or Key Stage 1 and 2 settings.
About the Role:
* Supporting pupils with additional needs, both in and out of the classroom
* Working alongside class teachers to deliver tailored learning activities
* Assisting with phonics, literacy, numeracy and play-based learning
* Encouraging social interaction and building confidence among pupils
* Helping to create a safe, engaging and inclusive learning environment
What We’re Looking For:
* A kind, patient and flexible individual with a genuine love for working with children
* Prior experience in a primary or early years setting is highly desirable
* Understanding of SEN and strategies to support pupils with varying needs
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* A positive attitude and a willingness to get involved in all aspects of school life
* A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one through Teaching Personnel)
