Your Role - Trainee Paraplanner As a Trainee Paraplanner, you will be crucial to driving results and generating positive client outcomes for the advisory team. This will be achieved by: Being the first point of contact for inbound clients, qualifying their needs and actively helping them understand the value of a tailored protection review. Completing detailed fact-finds and gathering essential financial and medical information to build a robust case for the Protection Adviser. Confidently building rapport by professionally communicating and understanding client needs, overcoming queries, and tailoring your responses to secure next steps. Supporting Protection Advisers by providing accurate and fully-qualified client information, directly contributing to positive client outcomes and sales. Applying knowledge gained from our extensive training to gradually take on more responsibilities. Expertly managing internal CRM and external provider software to ensure maximum efficiency, accurate data recording, and effective workload management. Requirements: The ideal candidate will possess a combination of relevant skills, qualifications, and experience, including: Key competencies - strong communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Additional attributes problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a professional, customer-focused approach. Previous sales experience - desirable, with a proven track record in meeting or exceeding targets. Business Management degree - desirable, demonstrating a strong understanding of business operations and strategy.
