We're looking for an
AR (Appointed Representatives) Partnerships Manager
to join our team. This role blends
business development
with
account management
, focusing on a select portfolio of Appointed Representative accounts.
What you'll do
* Manage and grow a defined portfolio of AR relationships, ensuring performance, compliance, and commercial value.
* Act as the key point of contact for ARs, providing guidance, support, and challenge where needed.
* Identify opportunities to deepen partnerships and introduce new initiatives that support business growth.
* Ensure all activity aligns with
FCA consumer credit regulation
, with a particular emphasis on AR responsibilities and oversight.
* Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues, streamline processes, and deliver a first-class experience for ARs.
What we're looking for
* Proven experience in a BDM, account management, or partnerships role.
* Detailed understanding of
FCA consumer credit regulation
and the AR framework.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Commercially minded, with the ability to balance growth and compliance.
* Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across a small but high-value portfolio.
