The charm of this century's old historic pub has been complimented by the contemporary design of the restaurant. Flagstone floors, oak beams and large leather armchairs set the tone in this classic English Inn.

We're looking for a Full Time Head Chef to join our team at The Bell, Oxfordshire.

CRITERIA
· Able to Lead the team to provide an amazing experience to all our customers and understanding the key role you play in providing an excellent guest experience
· Able to prepare, cook and present exceptional gastro food showing a great eye to detail
· Consistently working to ensure our guests and team are safe
· Able to deliver and maintain an efficient kitchen operation to aid success
· Ability to work in a fast paced environment
· Great communication skills
· Reliable and able to demonstrate a level of flexibility to meet the requirements of the team
· 2-3 years chef experience is vital but we will look at all CV's as there are other roles available.
· Will need to be influential to bring new ideas to the menu.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent
Pay: £15.00-£17.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 45 per week
