Protocol Education is working with primary schools across North London, and we’re looking for graduates and degree holders to step into Teaching Assistant roles. Whether you're exploring teaching or looking for meaningful work with children, this could be a brilliant first step.
What You'll Be Doing
1. Supporting the class teacher with lessons and classroom routines
2. Working 1:1 or with small groups of children
3. Leading creative or physical interventions to help pupils progress
What We’re Looking For
4. A degree (any subject, ideally creative, educational, or sports-based)
5. Strong English and Maths (up to Year 6 level)
6. Experience with children aged 3–12 (through youth work, sports coaching, tutoring, childcare, etc.)
7. Confident communication, a team mindset, and positive energy
If you’ve got particular strengths in PE, Drama, Music, Art, Computing, RE, or Design, let us know—we’d love to match you to the right setting.
