We are now looking for a Video Content Producer to join us on a full‑time, permanent basis, working 38.75 hours per week.

The Role
As a Video Content Producer, you will lead the planning and coordination of video content across our marketing channels.
Leading our User‑Generated Content (UGC) engine, you will identify the right creators, negotiate fair rates and craft clear, effective briefs that ensure the content produced is both high‑converting and aligned with our brand.
Alongside this, you will act as the primary point of contact for external production studios, briefing high‑production shoots, confirming storyboards and providing creative direction to ensure the final output delivers against our objectives.
Additionally, You Will
* Identify opportunities for brand storytelling, tutorials and social‑first video content
* Manage production timelines and ensure deadlines are met
* Provide creative feedback to refine and improve content
About You
To be considered as a Video Content Producer, you will need:
* Experience co‑ordinating or managing video content production
* Strong creative briefing skills and the ability to communicate a clear vision
* A strong eye for visual storytelling and engaging digital content
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong negotiation, communication and relationship‑building skillsThe ability to work collaboratively with creators, studios and internal teams
* A commercially aware mindset and understanding of marketing content performance
