Development Chef

With a strong reputation for creativity, quality and service, they work with some of the world’s leading food brands across multiple international markets.
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented chef to join a collaborative culinary team and support the development of new food concepts from idea through to launch. Working alongside the Executive Chef, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to the full New Product Development process, producing samples, supporting presentations and helping bring innovative products to life.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the Executive Chef in developing new food concepts and products
* Produce high-quality samples for internal reviews and customer presentations
* Assist in the preparation and refinement of new product ideas
* Support kitchen preparation for tastings and presentations
* Maintain organisation, cleanliness and food safety within the development kitchen
* Assist with stock control, ordering and kitchen administration
* Follow the full product development process from concept through to launch
Experience Required
* Experience working as a chef in a professional kitchen
* Passion for food and global food trends
* Level 2 Food Hygiene & Safety
* Good organisational and communication skills
* Basic IT skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
