Walker & Sloan are working on behalf of a well-established regional construction business based in Bristol, known for delivering a broad range of high-quality construction projects across the South West. Due to sustained growth and a strong pipeline, they are now seeking a skilled Building Services Manager to join their experienced team.

? The Role
As Building Services Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of M&E services across multiple live projects—from pre-construction support and design coordination through to installation, commissioning, and handover.
You’ll work closely with project managers, site teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure building services are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards—across a variety of projects in sectors such as commercial, education, healthcare, and residential.
* Strong background in M&E / building services coordination
* Experience working for a main contractor or large M&E subcontractor
* Able to manage multiple stakeholders and subcontractor interfaces
* Comfortable supporting both pre-construction and live project stages
* Ideally experienced with projects £5m–£30m in value
* Based in or commutable to Bristol / South West
