We’re on a mission to grow, and we’re looking for a motivated Business Development Manager with membership-based sales experience, who is UK-based and able to work from our Staines office three days per week as part of our hybrid working model. About the Role You’ll play a key role in expanding our membership and accreditation services both in the UK and internationally. Working alongside a supportive sales and marketing team, you’ll take ownership of the full sales cycle- from generating new leads to closing deals and building long-term relationships. What You’ll Be Doing Drive new business growth through proactive outreach and follow-up Nurture and convert warm inbound leads Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects Deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and lead generation Analyse the market, identify opportunities, and report on trends Manage client memberships and subscriptions, ensuring timely renewals and payments Hit (and exceed!) your sales targets What You’ll Bring 3–5 years’ experience in B2B sales or business development Proven experience selling memberships, subscriptions, or accreditation-based services A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills An entrepreneurial, proactive, and results-driven mindset Strong negotiation and analytical abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously Confident working independently, while being a true team player Excellent attention to detail and time management skills Based in the UK and able to commute to our Staines office three days per week Why Join Us?
