Salary: £24,000 per annum
Were looking for someone who is friendly, organised and will provide high quality administrative and secretarial support within a fast-paced legal environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines. They should have confidence using Word, Excel and a legal case management system.
Key Responsibilities
These will include but not limited to:
Opening files and maintaining the client database, including AML compliance
Confident managing emails and speaking to clients on the telephone
Monitoring deadlines to ensure timely task completion
Client onboarding and risk assessments
Using the Land Registry portal to obtain documents and submit applications
Assisting with completions and arranging payments
Billing and invoicing support
Digital audio typing and document production
Arranging meetings and managing diaries
Scanning, post handling and general administration
About You
We are looking for someone friendly, organised, and easy to work with someone whos happy to get stuck in.
This person should be confident with general admin, comfortable keeping things tidy and running smoothly, and able to open new files and handle day to day tasks without fuss. They would also need to be happy picking up the phone speaking to clients and third parties to answer them enquires/pass on messages. They dont need loads of legal experience, but they should be willing to learn, ask questions, take initiative and get stuck in.
