We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor (CSA) to lead the commercial delivery of Civil, Structural, and Architectural packages for some of the most advanced technical facilities in Europe
The Role
In this role, you will hold the commercial reins for the "Shell and Core" of our projects. From procurement and subcontract negotiation to final account agreement, you will ensure financial control and value optimisation across the entire project lifecycle.
* Key Responsibilities: Package Management: End-to-end commercial delivery of CSA packages (Civil, Structural, Architecturl).
* Procuremnt: Leading subcontract tender analysis, scope definition, and pricing negotiations.
* Financial Control: Monitoring performance against budget, processing interim valuations, and managing change control.
* Reporting: Preparing detailed cost reports and financial forecasts for senior leadership.
* Collaboration: Working closely with Project Managers and Engineers to ensure accurate cost capture.
What You’ll Bring:
Education: Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.
* Experience: 3–5+ years in a QS role on large-scale construction projects.
* Expertise: A strong understanding of CSA packages; experience in Data Centres or Mission Critical environments is highly desirable.
Skills:
High proficiency in Excel, sharp negotiation tactics, and a deep understanding of construction contracts (NEC/JCT).
Mindset:
Analytical, detail-oriented, and ready for the fast-paced nature of international project delivery.
