We are seeking a skilled Database Administrator to manage and optimise our cloud databases, ensuring seamless data flow and robust performance. Your work will directly impact the team's race performance by guaranteeing clean data flow and minimising system downtimes, ultimately giving our drivers and strategists the data they need to succeed.

Responsibilities:
* Oversee cloud database systems and data ingestion processes, especially DataBricks.
* Implement and manage Kafka streaming and replication solutions.
* Administer Django applications with SQL backends.
* Utilize SQL mirroring and Always On technologies for data replication and high availability.
* Optimize query execution plans and indexing techniques.
* Manage backups and recovery processes to ensure data integrity.
* Design and architect data models and tables.
* Handle authentication and authorization, including logins and service accounts.
* Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Bash, and Python.
* Manage SQL Agent jobs for scheduled tasks.
* Maintain documentation and mentor team members.
Requirements:
* Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, OCI, Google Cloud).
* Minimum 3 years proven experience in database administration.
* Strong understanding of cloud database systems and data ingestion.
