The Role: As a National Hire Controller, you will be responsible for efficiently handling large customer accounts and their requests nationwide. This office-based role focuses on maintaining high service standards, coordinating with depot teams, and ensuring seamless hire operations. Key responsibilities include: Managing large customer accounts and processing their hire requests across the depot network. Providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Supporting depot teams with coordination and operational queries. Monitoring and maintaining service standards to meet company expectations. Handling enquiries, quotes, and hire agreements efficiently. Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and optimise processes. Candidate Requirements: Proven experience in a customer service or hire controller role. Background in powered access or the hire industry (preferable). Strong communication and organisational skills. Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks in a fast-paced setting. Confident in building relationships with customers and internal teams. Full commitment to office-based working (5 days per week, no hybrid). No specific qualifications required. Salary & Benefits: Basic salary between £28,000 – £32,000 per annum (negotiable).
