Job Purpose

* :The Digital Learning Lead will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing digital learning initiatives across the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for leveraging technology to enhance learning experiences, develop performance and drive organisational digital success
* .You will have a strong background in instructional design, e-learning development, and project management with a good understanding of adult learning theory and exceptional digital skills to enable and enhance a range of training and development initiatives

Key Accountabilitie**

* s:Develop and Implement Digital Learning Strategie
* s:Create and execute a comprehensive digital learning strategy and policy that aligns with the organisation's goals and objective
* s.Design and Develop E-Learning Conten
* t:Utilise instructional design principles to create engaging and effective e-learning modules, videos, and other digital learning material
* s.Manage Learning Management System (LMS
* ):Oversee the administration and maintenance of the LMS, ensuring it meets the needs of the organisation and its employee
* s.Collaborate with Stakeholder
* s:Work closely with subject matter experts and key stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop appropriate digital learning solutions. Present digital learning analytics to inform and recommend areas for improvemen
* t.Lead Digital Learning Initiative
* s:Communicate and promote personal and professional digital learning and development opportunities using digital eLearning guides and training prospectu
* s.Monitor and Manage Complianc
* e:Effective compliance monitoring of our digital learning through accurate data and training records. Compliance includes induction, mandatory, business as usual and recertification trainin
* g.Collaborate on our Learning Hu
* b:Support ongoing improvements to our Learning Hub to develop and promote our digital learning offer using multimedia videos, podcasts, infographics and guide
* s.Evaluate and Improve Digital Learnin
* g:Continuously assess the effectiveness of digital learning through feedback, analysis and performance metrics, and make necessary improvement
* s.Stay Current and Creative with Industry Trend
* s:Keep up-to-date and respond to current research, emerging technologies, trends and best practices in digital learning to understand the future impact for the organisatio
