Job summary: We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated, forward-thinking, pharmacy technician with excellent interpersonal skills looking to develop their career across primary care and community hospitals.
You will be based in the central area Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board, supported by our established and highly valued team of pharmacy technicians and pharmacists.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
Main duties of the job
A patient-centred evidence-based medicines approach to medicines management is required in the role. You will be working collaboratively with health and social care teams across the locality to improve patient outcomes related to medicines use and ensuring patient safety.

* Registered Pharmacy Technician with the General Pharmaceutical Council
* Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Pharmacy Services Skills (QCF) or equivalent
Desirable:
* Experience of working in a primary care pharmacy team
* Previous medicines management experience
