Job Title: Health & Safety Facilities Manager
Reports to: Head of Compliance & Central SupportLocation: Swadlincote (travel between offices required; hybrid working available)Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Health & SafetyFacilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of multiple office sites, ensuring safe, efficient, and well-maintained work environments.
You'll manage the admin and reception teams, handle supplier contracts, oversee building maintenance, and ensure full compliance with health & safety legislation. This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on people, operations, and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Line manage administration and reception teams across sites
2. Oversee office procedures, team meetings, and performance monitoring
3. Manage maintenance, repairs, security, and cleaning services
4. Monitor facilities budgets and supplier contracts
5. Lead office moves and refurbishments
6. Ensure compliance with H&S legislation, risk assessments, and training
7. Conduct safety audits, drills, and staff inductions
