SHAPE is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Commercial Engineer to join our growing team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Apply engineered solutions and generate commercial quotations.
* Understand customer needs, business objectives, and deliver viable/profitable solutions.
* Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with projects, both technical and commercial.
* Work collaboratively with management and production.
* Develop the CRM system to enable strong customer relationships.
* Use CAD software to analyze customer data.
* Oversee projects from release to delivery.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
* Engineering background with good knowledge of composite processes and CNC machining.
* Ability to interrogate CAD and understand downstream manufacturing processes.
* Good initiative and problem-solving skills.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
* A full UK driving license (preferred but not essential).

LOCATION
