Administrator (Supported Living Services)
We are a growing supported living organization working with local authorities and the NHS to deliver high-quality services for adults with mental health needs, autism, and learning disabilities. We are looking for an organised and motivated Administrator to join our team and support our expanding operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support including record keeping, correspondence, and office management
* Maintain accurate service user and staff files in line with CQC standards
* Support financial administration such as invoicing, payroll preparation, and expense processing
* Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and internal communications
* Assist with reports, audits, and compliance monitoring
* Support managers in handling new referrals, logging referral details, and maintaining referral trackers
* Monitor and record voids (vacant placements), preparing occupancy and income reports for commissioners and management
What We're Looking For:
* Strong administrative experience (health & social care preferred)
* Excellent organisation and IT skills (Microsoft Office, databases)
* Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
* Team player with good communication skills
Salary & Benefits:
£14 per hour depending on experience
