Oracle Fusion Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Implementation Support Engineer – Oracle
Do you want to work with exciting customers across all sectors and grow your career with a technology leader? This role places you in the heart of Oracle Customer Success Services (CSS), supporting over 6,000 companies worldwide with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. You’ll manage post‑sales support, solve complex technical and functional issues, and advocate for customer needs while working closely with internal Oracle teams.
Responsibilities
* Deliver post‑sales support and solutions to UK Government and commercial clients.
* Act as the main point of contact, facilitating relationships with Support, Product Management, XLOB, and internal Oracle employees.
* Diagnose, document, and resolve customer issues using automated technology and instrumentation.
* Provide strategic support to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction, including on‑site visits when required.
* Assist customers with day‑to‑day queries, create extensions, enrichments, and help with cloud migration and release management activities.
The background you should have for this job
* 3+ years experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, or 5+ years with Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle EBS ERP.
* Eligibility for UK Government Security Clearance; British Nationality required; minimum 5 years UK residency.
* Full understanding of UK ERP legislation.
* Experience applying and testing Oracle Updates.
* Strong support, configuration and extension services skills.
* Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multiple teams.
* Hands‑on experience supporting, integrating and extending Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
* Expertise in configuring, optimizing applications, and understanding performance‑tuning techniques.
Additional Technical Stack
* Fusion SaaS components such as OIC, EPM, SCM, PPM, HCM, Payroll.
Other Information
* UK SC is required but should not be disclosed until requested by Oracle Security Admin.
* Position level: IC4.
