We are looking for an experienced Substance Misuse Clinical Lead to provide clinical leadership and management to the registered nurses and care teams. Deputise on behalf of the Deputy/Head of Healthcare when required. Working closely with partners to maintain a robust, high quality clinical service for patients. Ensure that own clinical practice is consistent with autonomous practice within the role. You will model a culture of compassion, care, courage, commitment, communication and competence.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will be a Registered Nurse with a current professional qualification (NMC) and will carry out the role with a non-judgmental and compassionate approach. Knowledge of healthcare policies and best practice would be advantageous, as well as a proactive approach to problem solving.

About us
HMP Lancaster Farms is a category C male prison, located on the outskirts of Lancaster, Lancashire. It has an operational capacity of 549 people. HMP Lancaster Farms is a 7-minute drive from the centre of Lancaster and 40 minutes from Preston.
Practice Plus Group were recently awarded the healthcare contract at HMP Lancaster Farms and will begin delivering services in April 2024.
