As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll act as the strategic bridge between their clients and internal teams. You'll lead projects with precision, passion, and personality — managing relationships with some super exciting brands.
Salary - Up to £42,000
Location - Leicester (Hybrid)
Responsibilities:
* Serve as the day-to-day client lead on key accounts, building trust and maintaining long-term relationships
* Lead campaign planning and execution
* Own end-to-end project management: developing timelines, managing resources, overseeing budgets, and ensuring all deliverables are met on time and on brief
* Work closely with internal teams to streamline workflows and ensure cross-functional alignment throughout the project lifecycle
* Translate client needs into actionable briefs and ensure the creative vision meets business objectives
* Stay ahead of industry trends and bring proactive, insight-driven thinking to every conversation
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in an agency environment (creative, digital, or integrated marketing)
* Exceptional client communication and relationship-building skills
* A natural project leader — organised and strategic
* A passion for great creative and an eye for brand storytelling
* The ability to think commercially, creatively, and collaboratively
* Confidence presenting ideas and work to senior stakeholders
