KS2 Teacher - Maternity Cover - Ealing

Tradewind Recruitment is working with a two-form entry primary school in the heart of Ealing to appoint a KS2 Teacher for maternity cover starting in January. This is a long-term post running until at least the end of the academic year, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

Role Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver creative, differentiated lessons across the KS2 curriculum
Track and assess pupil progress effectively, supporting all learners to reach their potential
Work collaboratively with colleagues and teaching assistants to enhance learning experiences
Maintain high standards of classroom behaviour and engagement
Attend staff meetings, INSETs, and parent consultations as required
Contribute positively to the wider life of the school community
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) recognised in the UK
Experience teaching within KS2 (Year 3-6)
Excellent classroom management and organisational skills
Ability to inspire, challenge, and support pupils
Open to Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who can demonstrate strong potential
