Join us as a Financial Crime Validation Office - Analyst within our newly established Barclays Internal Audit Financial Crime Validation team. You will work as part of a holistic group across London, Glasgow, and India. Your responsibilities include validating regulatory findings and making recommendations, primarily focusing on AML.

* Audit, Assurance, or Compliance experience with an AML background
This role can be based in Glasgow.
Purpose of the role
Support the development of audits aligned with the bank’s standards by collaborating with colleagues, providing accurate information, recommendations, and ensuring policy compliance.
Accountabilities
* Assist in audit development and delivery, including financial statements, operational processes, IT systems, and risk management.
* Identify operational risks to support the Barclays Internal Audit (BIA) Plan through risk assessments.
* Assess internal control effectiveness and their ability to mitigate risks.
* Communicate key findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
* Stay informed on regulatory news and industry trends to provide insights and best practices.
