Responsibilities
1. Mould and tooling changes, start up and shut down of machines
2. Carrying out and recording product quality checks using CMM equipment and gauges
3. Identifying and responding to quality issues to minimise scrap
4. Carrying out and recording daily safety and TPM checks on machines
5. Regular strip down, cleaning and inspection of mould tooling
6. Responding to line stoppages and breakdowns of machines and robots
7. Assist with line clearing and material handling where required
Qualifications and Experience
8. Experience working with the injection moulding process as a Setter or Technician is essential
9. Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring gauges
10. Good understanding of industrial health and safety requirements and practices
11. Effective communicator, both verbal and written
12. Industry recognised Injection Moulding qualifications
