Reception Manager - Reception Team Leader at Financial Services Firm - in charge of a team of 8 receptionists. We’re seeking a professional and confident Receptionist (with a lot of experience) or a reception supervisor / team leader to help oversee a busy corporate front desk operation. This is a client-facing role managing a large team working shifts Monday to Friday. You'll support the day-to-day running of the reception area, manage room bookings, coordinate internal events, and ensure exceptional service delivery at all times.
Key responsibilities include:
* Acting as deputy to the Front of House Manager
* Managing team rotas, breaks, holidays, and ensuring full cover
* Meeting & greeting and providing 5* customer services
* Handling client queries and complaints calmly and professionally
* Liaising with suppliers, facilities, AV, hospitality and events teams
* Training new joiners and supporting performance reviews
* Using room booking systems and overseeing meeting room checks
* Supporting occasional events and coordinating logistics
About you:
You’ll bring proven solid front of house experience in a corporate setting. You’ll be calm under pressure, well-organised, and confident communicating at all levels. Familiarity with reservations systems a plus.
