American curriculum
£30,000 Tax free salary + Accommodation

We are working with an American School in Kuwait looking for Elementary Teachers to join in September!
Requirements:
* Must be trained in American Education System
* Excellent communication skills in English
* At least 3-5 years experience in teaching in an American Curriculum School
* BA Degree in Education or equivalent
* QTS or equivalent
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Plan, prepare and deliver lesson plans and instructional materials that facilitate student-centered and active learning, in a culture of high aspirations.
* Teach according to the educational needs, abilities and achievement of the individual students and groups of students.
* Plan and implement effective classroom management practices, design and implement effective strategies to develop self-responsible / independent learners.
* Prepare classroom for activities & conduct classes at scheduled times.
* Maintain a teacher file with lesson plans, student outcomes, and other required information.
* Develop learning plans including lesson plans and tests in accordance with policies.
* Instruct and monitor students using various learning materials and equipment.
* Create and maintain a safe learning environment, complying with Child Protection and Safeguarding Policies.
Salary and benefits:
* £30,000 Tax-Free per month
