* Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.

Profile
* A professional qualification in accounting such as ACA, ACCA, or equivalent.
* Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
* Proven ability to manage and develop a team in the accounting & finance sector.
* Experience in providing advisory services to clients within professional services.
* Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
* Proficiency in accounting software and tools.
