Contract Support – Temp to Perm
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading Facilities Management provider for an Contract Support to join their team on a temp-to-permanent basis.
This is a hybrid role, with 3 days office-based and 2 days working from home, offering long-term stability and progression for the right candidate.
Key Details:
* Temp to Perm
* Salary: £36,000 (permanent)
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (40 hours)
* Hybrid Working: 3 days office / 2 days WFH
* Reporting to: Administration Manager / Contract Manager
Role Overview:
You will provide high-quality administrative support across FM contracts, working closely with Operations and Finance teams to ensure compliance, accurate reporting, and efficient delivery of both planned and reactive works.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing compliance and reactive job administration for assigned sites
* Monitoring PPM completion to ensure SLAs and KPIs are met
* Planning and booking engineers and subcontractors
* Raising and managing permits, purchase orders, and reactive calls
* Maintaining CAFM systems and statutory documentation
* Preparing reports, quotations, and WIP information
* Liaising with clients, suppliers, engineers, and internal teams
* Attending weekly Teams meetings and monthly client meetings in Battersea
Requirements:
* Experience within an FM administration environment
* Strong understanding of compliance, finance, and WIP management
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise workload
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to take ownership of tasks
