As Duty Manager, you’ll support the GM and Assistant Manager in running shifts and leading from the floor. This is a hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of service, standards and team support. You’ll: Lead shifts and take responsibility for the floor Support, coach and guide crew members Deliver excellent customer service at all times Handle end-of-night procedures and cashing up Step up confidently during busy services This role can develop further over time depending on business needs and performance. About You You’ll already have some supervisory experience in hospitality and be comfortable leading a team during service or you will have considerable experience as a team member and be ready to step up. We’re looking for someone who: Has end-of-night cash handling experience Leads by example and sets standards Is confident, calm and organised under pressure Goes the extra mile for guests A passion for craft beer is a bonus, but the right attitude and drive matter more.
