Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Solution Architect – Up to £95,000 – UK Wide – Remote/Hybrid

Responsibilities:
* Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, including portals and system integrations.
* Act as the technical authority on client projects, guiding teams through planning, architecture, build, testing, and deployment phases.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical, operational, and user requirements, including pre-sales and solution scoping activities.
* Oversee and review technical deliverables, ensuring adherence to Microsoft best practices and platform standards.
* Provide expert input across customisations using JScript, C#, PowerApps, and Microsoft cloud technologies.
* Guide and mentor delivery teams while identifying and mitigating project risks.
* Take an active role in solution innovation, continuous improvement, and client satisfaction.
Experience:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architecture.
* Solid technical design background with Microsoft cloud solutions, Power Platform, and integration projects.
* Desirable: Microsoft certifications, previous experience at a Microsoft Partner, and involvement in pre-sales.
* Strong organisational skills, self-motivation, and a proactive mindset towards personal and professional development.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
