Tyre Hill House is a unique residential assessment centre which can accommodate up to eight families and comprises of individual apartments and several communal areas including a large playroom, a sensory room, and garden spaces with play equipment.
We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Casual Family Support Workers to join our team who can quickly engage and build positive relationships with parents. Some experience of working with children and families is essential.
As a Casual Family Support Worker, you will play a vital role in:
* In line with the assessment plan providing day-to-day support and guidance to care-experienced parents in order for them to care for their child.
* Assisting in the development and implementation of individualised care plans.
* Directly supporting parents in building their parenting skills and confidence within the remit of the parenting assessment.
* Monitoring and recording progress and behaviours to aid in comprehensive assessments.
* Ensuring the safety and well-being of children and their families during their stay at our facility.
* Working collaboratively with a dedicated team of professionals to deliver high-quality care and support.

* Experience in family support, social care, or a related field is preferred.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
