Job Title: P6 Planner
Client: BAE Systems
Location: Frimley
Duration: 12 Months, 37hrs per week (with opportunity for extension)
Hourly Rate: £53.90 Umbrella (INSIDE IR35) ~ £398pd
Clearance Level: BPSS + SC + UK EYES ONLY
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop, maintain, and update integrated project schedules using Primavera P6.
2. Provide accurate planning data to support programme decision-making and delivery.
3. Analyse progress, performance, and forecasts, and produce regular reports for stakeholders.
4. Identify risks, issues, and opportunities within the schedule and propose mitigation strategies.
5. Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure schedules are realistic, achievable, and aligned with project objectives.
6. Support continuous improvement of planning processes and tools.
Knowledge & Skills:
7. Strong experience in Primavera P6 planning, ideally within a complex engineering or defence environment.
8. Ability to interpret technical information and translate it into detailed project schedules.
9. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
10. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
11. Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, for reporting and analysis
