Creative Content & Digital Marketing Manager

This role is central to communicating the School’s ethos, ambition and distinctive educational experience with clarity and impact. The postholder will shape and evolve the School’s digital presence, including oversight of the website and digital channels, ensuring that communications are purposeful, audience-focused and aligned with recruitment, reputation and community engagement objectives.
Working closely with the Director of Marketing, Admissions and Communications, the Admissions team and the Marketing & Communications Officer, the successful candidate will translate strategic priorities into compelling campaigns, content and creative outputs. They will lead the planning and delivery of integrated marketing activity across key recruitment moments, including open events and admissions cycles, and will develop engaging content that brings to life the achievements, experiences and aspirations of the School community.
The role includes responsibility for managing and developing digital channels, delivering a structured and strategic approach to social media, and overseeing the ongoing development and optimisation of the School’s website, including content, user journey and SEO. The postholder will also lead the creation of high-quality visual and written content, including photography, video and editorial features, working with colleagues across the School as well as external creative partners where appropriate.
Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver high-quality digital content and marketing campaigns that support strategic priorities.
* Shape and evolve the School’s digital presence, including oversight of the website and digital channels.
* Translate strategic priorities into compelling campaigns, content and creative outputs.
* Lead the planning and delivery of integrated marketing activity across key recruitment moments.
* Manage and develop digital channels; deliver a structured and strategic approach to social media.
* Oversee ongoing website development and optimisation (content, user journey, SEO).
* Lead the creation of visual and written content (photography, video, editorial features).
* Work with internal colleagues and external creative partners to produce engaging multimedia content.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in digital marketing, content strategy or communications.
* Strong storytelling ability and experience of producing engaging multimedia content.
* Clear understanding of digital platforms and audience engagement.
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Collaborative approach and confidence to contribute both strategically and in a hands‑on capacity.
