About the Role

As an Analyst, you will utilize a combination of soft skills, business knowledge, system thinking, and change management techniques. A key part of the role is providing high-quality analytical insights to support decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
* Produce monthly accounts for review by the Business Partner.
* Engage with stakeholders to manage costs and participate in planning and forecasting.
* Develop and improve financial processes.
* Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and systems updates.
* Build strong partnerships, share best practices, and support external audits.
* Work closely with Business Partners to provide analysis, insights, and decision support.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
* Strong knowledge of finance, including strategy, processes, and governance.
* Experience in an analytical role within financial services or Big 4 audit experience is advantageous.
* Ability to work with multiple stakeholders under tight deadlines.
* Results-driven mindset with a focus on excellence.
* High attention to detail and ability to produce quality work promptly.
* Ability to work independently and adapt quickly, escalating issues as needed.
