Salary £24,404 - £25,183 (pro-rata) Per annum | Grade 4 Delivery Centre Support Worker
Early Help - Part time, Permanent - Mon, Thursday and Friday
About the Service
Children and Family Wellbeing Service (CFW) have some exciting opportunities to become a Delivery Centre Support Worker in our Central South district. As a Delivery Centre Support Worker, you will have the opportunity for a truly rewarding vocation, working with some of Lancashire\'s most amazing children, young people, and their families. We work with children and young people aged 0-19yrs+ up to 25yrs for young people with special educational needs and disabilities.
Responsibilities
* Be the first point of contact for children, young people and families who contact or access our Family Hubs and centres.
* Serve as a point of contact for multi-agency partners who work with the service.
* Demonstrate a good level of IT knowledge and use varied computer programmes, including Microsoft Office and the Early Help Management Information system.
* Answer calls, deal with enquiries, complete room booking requests, and manage group work referrals and waiting lists.
* Help ensure buildings offer a warm and welcoming atmosphere and are well maintained; work with the Neighbourhood and Community team to set up rooms for meetings, courses and groups; liaise with facilities management regarding maintenance or repair issues.
* May work across various centres within the district.
Qualifications / Experience
* Enthusiastic and welcoming with a customer-focused approach.
* Good IT knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Office and related systems.

* Car User: Desirable - requirement to travel across the District of Preston
