Account Manager – Enterprise Partnerships & Projects
Lean Kitchen Network
📍 London (Hybrid + UK travel)
💰 £40,000 – £45,000 + bonus
📝 Full-time
At Lean Kitchen Network, we build food brands that scale.
We partner with operators across the UK to run brands inside 300+ kitchens - across delivery platforms like Uber Eats, Deliveroo and Just Eat, as well as on-site in pubs, hotels, universities and travel hubs.
We work with global brands like Heinz, PepsiCo and Doritos to turn high-demand ideas into scalable food concepts - combining brand, data and operations to unlock growth at scale.
We’re now hiring an Account Manager – Enterprise Partnerships & Projects to lead some of our most important relationships and deliver large-scale rollouts across multi-site operators.

This is not a traditional account management role.
You’ll sit at the centre of our most important partnerships — owning enterprise accounts, leading multi-site rollouts, and managing complex stakeholder environments across both partner organisations and internal teams.
You’ll be responsible for:
* Growing and managing large hospitality groups (pubs, hotels, multi-site operators)
* Delivering high-impact projects (rollouts, launches, pilots)
* Driving performance at scale across multiple sites
* Acting as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders
This is a high ownership, high visibility role with real impact on how we scale.
What You’ll Do
Own Enterprise Partner Relationships
* Manage a portfolio of high-value, multi-site hospitality partners
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders across site level and head office
* Act as the day-to-day contact for your accounts
* Lead structured performance reviews and growth planning
Lead Rollouts & Strategic Projects
* Own the delivery of multi-site launches, pilots and brand rollouts
* Manage timelines, stakeholders and execution end-to-end
* Ensure sites are operationally ready and set up for success
* Coordinate across internal teams (Brand, Supply, Ops, Marketing)
Drive Commercial Performance
* Monitor sales, standards and operational metrics across site portfolios
* Identify trends, risks and growth opportunities
* Implement scalable actions that improve performance across multiple sites
* Support partners in optimising both on-site and delivery trading
Optimise Delivery Performance at Scale
* Own delivery performance across your portfolio, tracking key metrics (availability, conversion, ratings, prep times)
* Identify performance gaps and action plan improvements across multi-site estates
* Partner with Brand and Marketing teams to maximise campaign and launch performance
Stakeholder Management & Alignment
* Manage complex stakeholder groups across partner organisations
* Build credibility with senior decision-makers
* Align internal and external teams around clear plans and priorities
* Communicate clearly, proactively and commercially
Operations & Execution
* Spend time on-site across the UK supporting partners
* Ensure menus, POS and brand standards are executed to a high level
* Troubleshoot operational challenges in live environments
* Bring real-world insights back into the business
Build Scalable Ways of Working
* Develop playbooks and frameworks for enterprise partnerships
* Improve how we launch, manage and scale accounts
* Share best practices across the wider team

You might come from:
* Multi-site hospitality or pub groups
* Franchise or licensed brand networks
* Delivery platforms managing enterprise accounts
* Hospitality or food-tech scale-ups
* Operational roles with exposure to rollouts or strategic initiatives
